Notes:

NY frameset and fenders purchased and pieced together into a period machine (with exception to the AFA pump, later-era B.66 saddle, and stainless – a “Superbe” only option – rims). Otherwise, pretty much identical to its appearance off the showroom floor in 1951.

Gear cable and front brake are Clarke’s. Rear brake is a silver Shimano housing with a barrel end soldered onto the cable to fit the Raleigh patent calipers.
